This feature will allow you to set a specific number of times, and the delay, menu options will be repeated before following the no selection actions.
To set this select IVR Menus on the left hand menu and then select the IVR you wish to edit. Once you have done this enter how many times you wish the menu to repeat, before performing the no selection action, and the time (the silence) in between the menu repeats, in seconds.
Once you have set the required values click Save Menu at the bottom.
